Falcons Keep on Winning
For the Falcons, it’s going to be Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Roddy White, and Tony Gonzalez. Michael Turner has helped to open things up a bit with some solid games this season, but the offense is really going to be focused on their passing game. The defense for the Falcons has been improved this season as well, and overall they’re looking like they could be a popular choice to get the job done out in a tough NFC this season that has a whole lot of contenders in it. The Eagles defense has their struggles, so expect Matt Ryan to take advantage of them this weekend.
Eagles Need to Protect the Ball
For the Eagles the issues that have left them with three losses so far this season must have something to do with Michael Vick. Vick has had so many issues protecting the ball, that the idea of him being benched has been thrown around. Even bigger though is the fact that many people have spoken about Vick no longer even being an Eagle after this season also. For the Eagles to succeed this season they need to get the ball into LeSean McCoy’s hands in the open field and let him go to work, which I’m not sure that they’ll be able to do.

The Falcons are +1 in this game and the total is set at 44.5. While this is the type of game that many people see the home team stepping up and playing big in, I don’t know if that’ll be the case here. The Eagles have quite a few issues, and the Falcons have a whole lot of talent also. Expect Atlanta to show up big time for this game, but for the Eagles to protect the ball a bit better than they have in the past. I think that this game is going to be close, but the Eagles won’t be able to pull out the win when all is said and done.
